Recipe Name : Abon Ebi
Bahan :
Ebi, 200 gram, rendam air hangat, giling
Minyak goreng, 250 ml
Bumbu halus :
Bawang putih, 3 siung
Bawang merah, 4 butir
Parutan kulit jeruk lemon, 1 sendok teh
Ketumbar, 1/2 sendok teh
Gula merah sisir, 1 sendok teh
Garam, secukupnya
Cara membuat Abon Ebi :
Panaskan 1 sdm minyak, tumis bumbu halus hingga harum.
Masukkan ebi, masak hingga kering dan bumbu meresap. Angkat.
Panaskan minyak, goreng adonan ebi hingga kuning kecokelatan. Angkat dan tiriskan.
Pres atau peras hingga minyaknya tiris. Sajikan
